So I am a Database geek; tables, data, and relationships. I recently finished a sub project for my boss, adding a book inventory within the same database. It is amazing what you can do with data. I am used to writing code from the ground up and then mending out the bumps. FileMaker 9 is a database alternate to Microsoft Access, which I am MOS certified in, FileMaker 9 is made up differently but works the same jiffs. I am not a FileMaker Guru but I am a Geek that can figure out many things out. This Project was just off an idea, people at my job whine about not having certain data for grant writing, co-workers running and hunting for the hard copies. You can see the stress polluting the airways. So I have designed and programmed a registration, Daily Sign-In log, and a book inventory system. The first phase was unworking for a user, then added color and nice-to-see interface, used many scripts and layouts to automate some things, then scripted all the loose ends so user can not mess up…..so now we have a user-friendly database with a nice Interface. so the next time someone need a report……bingo.. I got you an automated report. it took me less than 5 minutes to send the report to upper-management. Presto…. you got a happy employee and an employer. Guys have a great day

Ring Ding–ding-ssss- *What the, it’s 6:30am again*

The First Thing you thing of when you wake…eh, trying to wake up! is that your Alarm is EVIL. Lets look at this, It seems though that you don’t praise your Alarm clock when it wakes you normally but the moment that you reset it, and you know it is very important day tomorrow! The Alarm Clock Knows too! Because what happens? Your Alarm does not go OFF! Better yet, it makes you think that your dumb, your very own alarm like to flip from AM to PM.

Your Just Nuts Mr. Geek, well I rather be nuts than be an alarm clock! So You are now laying in bed Fighting for your Life, In your Mind, *Well, I got 5 Minutes* *Oh I don’t need to make Coffee, I can sleep just little more*

Any Hands here? or I am just delusional.

You softly “Rest your Eyes”, and in your heart, you know you will wake within Five minutes. 45 minutes flies by and your like….*Oh snot, fling out of bed, jump and fly into the shower, do the 7 second Nascar Rinse and Jump out and……..

So the Morning Blahs…goes on! Here are tips for Fighting the Morning Blahs!:

Plan your time, make a Plan to sleep, eat, dream, work, play, laugh, grow etc…

Go to bed early!

Set up multiple Alarms in 5 minute intervals like 3-4 of them

Don’t drink fluids in evenings, so you don’t have to pee in the middle of the night

Exercise before going to bed

NO TV in the bedroom after dinner! if its on use will watch it!

Drink Water or Juice to *wake up the brain*

Put the Alarm clocks away from the bed! Across the room!

Hopefully this will help you Some other Things
